Deans is Hiring!!!! We are a well established landscape supply company in search of a qualified lot attendant!! Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to: ∞ Friendly, great customer service and communication skills ∞ Load landscape material into customer vehicles/trailers with a small & large front- end loader ∞ Physically able to stack multiple cords or wood ∞ Knowledge of landscape product preferred ∞ Basic knowledge of machinery, as you'll be greasing, fueling, and cleaning/changing filters ∞ Maintain lot cleanliness. Pushing up piles, sweeping, blowing, cleaning the top of the bunkers ∞ Direct commercial/residential vehicles to appropriate areas for load and off-loading of materials ∞Ability to use a calculator and tape to measure customers income loads Required Skills: ∞ Must have the physical ability to operate small/large front-end loaders. ∞ Available 7 days a week and in inclement weather ∞ Ability of lift 50 pounds or more. ∞ Problem solver working independently to resolve issues & take appropriate action. ∞ Good verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers ∞ Be self-motivated and ability to multi-task.use of a calculator and tape measure. ∞ Reliable Successful candidates will be screened for the following: ∞ Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen ∞Pass a criminal background check Benefits: ∞ Sick/Vacation Time, Health/Dental Insurance ∞ Compensation: Competitive wage DOE ∞ Employment type: full-time, part-time To apply please stop by at 6400 SE 101st Ave X4, Portland, Or 97266 Or call Jenny at five o 3 836.2802
