Full-time positions 40+ hours per week. 12 months per year. Not Seasonal work. Hiring immediate, all qualified candidates will receive a response. Construction leads and crew members are responsible for complete installation of landscapes, irrigation, block walls, fencing and drainage, etc. Please email your qualification or come in and fill out an application. 2200 Roosevelt Ave, Vancouver WA 98660 Office hours 6am - 5pm Crew Lead Experience and Pay Range: Pay range $18.00-25.00 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or related field Crew Member Experience and Pay Range: Pay range $15.00-19.00 1+ years of experience in landscape construction or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Landscape and irrigation installation • Knowledge of grading and drainage preferred not required • Hardscape installation preferred not required • Ability to operate necessary equipment and hand tools • Ability to work well with others • Cost effective decision making Essential Functions: • Complete daily assigned tasks • Able to get along with others • Listen and follow directions • Adhere to all company policies • Maintain and promote safe working practices • Proper operation and care of company tools and equipment • On time regular attendance - first 90 no missed days allowed
