Busy executive couple looking for a full-time Highly Skilled and experienced Handyman to maintain our beautiful home in Estacada and Dunthorpe. You should be seasoned with all aspects of maintaining a property, from home repairs and upkeep to preventative care. About the Position • Capable of making minor home and property repairs • Landscape – Help our full-time gardener keep our beautiful landscape maintained. Repair and monitor the sprinkler system and ground lighting. Prepare property for various seasons (Example – Hang Christmas decorations and lighting) • Lake/Pond – Maintain a koi pond and a small lake • Auto Maintenance – Track and schedule service for vehicles • Ability to lift heavy weight on occasion (a bale of hay or piece of furniture) • Must be able to operate a small tractor • Can negotiate and purchase items or services Other Requirements • Positive Attitude • Good character & Values • Well-Groomed in Appearance • Excellent Attendance • Live within 25 miles of Estacada • Trustworthy (must pass a background check) • Valid Driver’s License and Excellent Driving Record • Must be Currently Residing in Oregon and for a Minimum of 5 Years • Position Requires a Non-Smoker • Must be Computer Literate with Good Spelling and Grammar Compensation: $50K to $65K per year (DOE)
