Contractor Crew for Remodel

I'm in the town of Fredericksburg and need to hire a team to help with an interior remodeling project. I have diagrams of what I want to do but am also open to your input. Please have good experience with demo, building interior walls/ceilings, framing, some electrical/plumbing and hvac. Looking to start as soon as next week. Expect this to be a 3-4 week project.
