FULL TIME EVENING CLEANING/SANITIZING TECHNICIAN This current position involves traveling to multiple sites in southern NH (vehicle provided.) We pay for travel time! Successful applicant will be a prime candidate for advancement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Disinfection and Sanitization • Necessary floor care, including vacuuming using a backpack vacuum, mopping and where appropriate, burnishing VCT. • Sweep, vacuum and and wash hallways, stairs, restrooms and office space. • Empty trash containers and carry trash to a dumpster. Transport recycling to appropriate container. • Cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, offices and cafeterias. • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures. • Use all janitorial supplies in accordance to product label. • Adhere to authorized dress code. • Report all issues to the Janitorial Manager. Qualifications: • Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures (including floor care) as well as use and care of janitorial equipment is a plus. • Clean criminal record • Flexible
