Job Duties: • Must possess the technological capabilities to operate the controls for processing line equipment in processing line • Must possess the technical ability to operate machines that helps label, log data, and plan inventory locations • Provide processing oversight to ensure production is executed efficiently as well as monitoring equipment to ensure overall efficiencies while processing • Assist in monitoring of inventory, checking for moisture, temperature, and any foreign threat to product such as fire, water leaks, improperly stacked goods. • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to promote a cooperative working climate conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/ effectiveness Educational / Experience Requirements: • High school Degree • 3 years of more of commercial processing experience • Comfortable operating machinery such as trucks, tractors, forklifts and pallet jacks • Inventory management and logistical support experience is a must Pay: $17.00 /hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am till 5:30pm (September 1st – December 15th, will be required to work 12 hours+ days and weekends as needed) About Express Employment Professionals: Express Employment Professionals of Caldwell, ID is a leading staffing provider helping job seekers find work with a wide variety of local business.
