Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Completing routine building maintenance for multiple restaurant locations
Coordinating and overseeing vendors and contractors for building maintenance and construction projects
Managing preventative maintenance and equipment maintenance schedules
Installing basic fixtures and equipment
Maintaining relationships with vendors
Maintaining preventative maintenance and repair needs for vehicle fleet
Purchasing of maintenance related items in accordance with company policies
Communicating with Restaurant Managers and Corporate Office about facility needs both in-person and through electronic devices/programs
Following all OSHA regulations and safety policies
Requirements/Skills:
1-2 year of facilities maintenance experience in a hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality environment
HVAC and other certifications required
General repair knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
Knowledge of local building and fire codes
Comfortability with MS Office and other computer programs
Strong understanding of customer service needs
Ability to multi-tasks multiple projects and prioritize company needs based on urgency
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
