Looking for handyman for monthly pop up jobs/repairs (any issues). Larger projects are available at times as they arise if you are interested in though. EMAIL ME: cell, website, bizz card, Facebook, Instagram link. OPPORTUNITY: 4-6 rental apartments/homes,more soon. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Replacing locks -Painting -Cleaning -Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks and clogs -Light electrical -Basic electrical such as replacing light fixtures -Repairing or replacing doors -Repairing or replacing windows -Showing units You do not necessarily have to be able to perform all of the listed tasks. Please answer the following questions if interested: -Which tasks can you perform? -Do you have a car? -What is your desired hourly pay? -Do you have your own tools? -Will your phone take clear pics when I am remote? -Do you have a website, social media page, and or client references?
