About the Role: We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Superintendent. This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Project Coordinators and Crew Leads to ensure that target production goals are met. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership skills and the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. The Superintendent must always be well-organized and strongly focused on safety and cost management. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with field supervisors, clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other team members. • Manage site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to be efficient and cost-effective. • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of field staff for multiple projects simultaneously. • Lead, manage, train and mentor the team. Establish employee performance standards and prepare employee appraisals. • Oversee multiple job site operations to ensure all crew members are productive and working efficiently. • Monitor safety of the job site and ensure all crew are following company safety procedures including proper usage of safety gear and safety forms. • Communicate and coordinate daily with General Contractors and Company to update on progress and field status. • Order or requisition materials and supplies. Follow through of all purchase orders and receipts. • Review and approve daily & weekly time sheets for field staff. • Build industry relationships through the pursuit, development, and delivery of successful projects. Qualifications: 2-5 years of commercial painting experience 2-5 years of supervisory experience Bilingual – English/Spanish
