FarmArt Produce is hiring hard-working individuals to join our night crew in filling customer produce orders and staging them in their designated area to prepare for delivery. Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Schedule:
· 7:00 pm to close of shift
· 5 nights weekly
Responsibilities:
· Pick and/or pack the appropriate items as per what the customer orders.
· Organize product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
· Keep the warehouse tidy by picking up scraps, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
· Maintain quality, speed and accuracy standards.
· Comply with all warehouse safety regulations.
· Examine and inspect stock items for quality.
· Learn to operate electric pallet jacks to transfer products.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to pass background and reference checks.
· Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
· Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, and move/push/pull/lift items weighing up to 50 lb repeatedly.
· Must be able to work in a cold environment (35-55 degrees).
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must possess outstanding teamwork skills and a can-do attitude.
