Crew members needed for commercial swimming pool openings in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, and Philadelphia Counties. No experience necessary. Advancement is available with our company. Requirements: -Must have reliable and timely transportation to work. -Full time 5-6 days per week starting ASAP. -At least 18 years old. -Able bodied and able to lift at least 50 lbs. Responsibilities: --MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AT THIS POINT WILL BE ASSISTING WITH THE OPENING OF POOLS --Testing pool chemistry and learn to apply appropriate chemicals to maintain proper water balance (once authorized by management as Service Personnel) --Brushing and vacuuming pool, cleaning tile --Be familiar with the programming of pool controllers/timer clocks --Backwashing filters and emptying pump baskets --Maintain accurate logs of all work performed --Ensure reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers --Additional duties as required by Service Managers
