We are looking to fill two positions within our company. Each position requires that you have your own tools Maintenance Technician --Full Time Position, salary based on experience. Duties include but not limited to, work orders, painting, general maintenance, carpentry, some plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work independently and with others. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual all others need not apply. Flooring Installer--Looking to fill position immediately Must have your own tools for this position. We supply flooring and all other materials. We are looking for an experienced flooring installer with experience with Vinyl Plank Flooring. We are looking for a dependable hard-working individual or team. This position is a 1099 position and pays the following: Flooring and quarterround installed.85 per sq. ft. Flooring only installed.50 per sq. ft.
