Burnside Services, Inc. is a family owned business that specializes in large machine-controlled earthwork, site work, athletic field and golf course construction. We are currently accepting applications for a full time Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Diagnoses and repairs equipment/components in the field. • Maintains complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases for repairs • Maintains and cares for shop tools, all Company equipment and Company vehicles. Qualification: • 3-5 Years of Experience with Heavy Machinery, Hydraulics, Electrical Components, Motor Work, Etc. • Must be able to work over-time. • Vocational Training/ Certification or equivalent experience. • Class A CDL Preferred • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and random testing. • Own tools required to repair heavy equipment. • Must be willing to undergo background and driving history screening.
