Ready for a cool job? Here's your opportunity! We're hiring Warehouse Associates to support our company's warehouse operations while working in a fun, team-based environment. Warehouse Associates will receive, input, sort, load and unload grocery items in a refrigerated warehouse. Be sure to dress warmly (38-40 degrees in the warehouse) and cover your hair with a hat or hood. Duties and Responsibilities: Select orders for customers, paying attention to accuracy in count and quality Move pallets to designated areas, working with forklift operators to facilitate efficient storage of product Report any potential safety hazards or repair needs to supervisor or management Keep assigned area clean and in good order Assist in collecting trash, sweeping, floors, or other housekeeping duties Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the warehouse pack area, lines, and produce crates in preparation for produce sorting. General facility maintenance May be required to train new employees Other responsibilities as needed to support warehouse operations Duties and Responsibilities Skills and Qualifications: Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, stand, sit and reach Read and write English Basic math skills Ability to stay focused and work efficiently both alone and as part of a team Familiarity with a refrigerated warehouse environment Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for 8+ hours Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (38°F) Order selecting experience preferred *Certification in forklift operation preferred, but not required* Benefits of Working with Bluecrew (W-2 status!)
