JOB TITLE: Driver & General Worker SCHEDULE: 8-10 Hours a day (Monday – Friday) SALARY: $17/HR w/ benefits after 30 days of consecutive employment REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Ishaq and Ayesha Ishaq SCOPE OF WORK The primary responsibility of the Driver & General Worker is the safe and legal transportation of the CEO, company employees, clients, guests, and family members to and from various destinations as directed. Additional tasks include general maintenance, minor handyman repairs and assisted cleanup of the interior/exterior of the compound as required or directed. SPECIFIC DRIVER TASKS INCLUDE: • Safe transportation of CEO, employees, family members, clients, and guests in company vehicles to and from various destinations, in accordance with local, state, and federal driving laws and regulations. • Clean and Detail Interior/Exterior of company vehicles as required or directed. • Conduct vehicle inspections prior and after travel to ensure the following:  Cleanliness (Interior/Exterior)  Gas and fluid levels  Identify safety, mechanical or electrical issues.  Identify Interior/Exterior damage ***Immediately report any/all safety, mechanical, electrical, or aesthetic issues to CEO. • Schedule and transport company vehicles to and from service and repair appointments. o Maintain vehicle service and repair log. • Verify information on vehicle registrations are accurate and current, and the tags are present and readable. o Provide ample notification to CEO when vehicle registration and tags are near expiration. • Facilitate and Coordinate (as directed), the sell, purchase, and registration of company vehicles. SPECIFIC GENERAL WORKER TASKS INCLUDE: • Conducting inspections of the interior and exterior of the compound, performing miscellaneous and general maintenance, plumbing, repair, and cleanup such as replacing lightbulbs, light fixture installations, sink/toilet clogs, furniture or item rearrangement/placement, trash collection and disposal, weed or foliage trimming, paint touchups, maintain pool in between cleanings, assist with dusting outdoor furniture and other housekeeping chores. as directed by the CEO and/or the compound occupants.
