This is a Full time position working in retail stores building out the aisles and displays. You will typically work on a team of 6-12 associates that are directed by a ‘LEAD’. We work together to remodel/reset departments and entire store, you will be at a store for 1 week or as many as 6 weeks, typical job duration is 2-3 weeks for a 6-8 person crew. We Pay for: Air, Hotels, Rental cars, Mileage, Meal Per-Diem, Travel Time/Overtime as required by law Requirements: · Must be able to travel 2–6 weeks at a time. · Work Overnights (9PM – 6AM) · Share Hotel Room Have own work tools (Cordless Drill, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Must have experience in the following: Remodeling Merchandising Store resets Demolition and installation of warehouse racking, gondolas Able to read and understand and execute schematics/plan-o-grams Construction/Carpentry background Mechanically inclined Computer skills -Excel and Word You will be required to undergo and PASS: Background check and drug screen Responsibilities include: Assemble shelving and create displays Remodel Move Steel Beams Merchandise products according to Plan-o-gram Exercise sound judgment Work independently Prioritize with minimal supervision Follow/give direction Solve Problems Engage in considerable physical activity, lift and/or push up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods of time.
