Description
Spherion has immediate work for Packers and Sorters in a Citrus/Avocado warehouse. This is a full time job paying $15.00 an hour. Sorters must have attention to detail to effectively sort out damaged items and to ensure that they only pack perfect fruit/avocados. Packers must be able to do basic math, maintain production and work as a team in packing and stacking boxes onto pallets. Both positions require that you are physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, can stand for long periods of time, can bend, reach, twist and stay focused on task for up to eight hours in a day. Ability to understand both English and Spanish is preferred but not essential. All candidates will be E-Verified so must have valid ID and a SS number.
