Warehouse Order Pullers and Selectors We are currently hiring for a variety of open warehouse order loader and puller positions at a national food distribution warehouse location in San Bernardino, CA. These are full-time positions that are ready to start. Numerous open positions and shifts are available and can change daily. These positions include pickers, pullers, wrappers, reach truck, fork lift operators, order selectors, janitors, lumpers, and inventory control. You'll be pulling and loading various orders while on shift. Compensation $14.50 - $16 Hourly Depends on position If you are interested in this position then please Picking and palletizing products. Must be able to pull 100 cases an hour. Must keep up with a fast paced environment. Lots of movement, lifting, standing, squatting and pulling. Must be able to lift 50-75lbs. Depending on the amount of cases pulled you will be incentivized as follows. Incentive tier of $16 an hour for 200 cases an hour Incentive tier of $17 an hour for 216 cases an hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Loaders must ensure all loads are safe and secure before loaded onto the trailer. Ensure all orders are correct. (numbers, tags) Communicate with the shipping office, to make sure orders are ready on time Loaders must ensure loads are loaded to the correct store Loaders must ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly. Matching numbers, orders, and filled out on time. Minimal Requirements: Ability to work independent Strong commitment to Customer Service Ability to pay close attention to detail meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments What we have to Offer!
