Landscaping Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire large International company) Works with Sr. Lead to coordinate outside services as required. • Ensure outdoors of the facility are maintained and fully equipped. • Adheres and complies with the cleaning schedule. • Supports the Maintenance department as needed. • Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. • Adheres to safety rules and ergonomic practices. • Responsible for keeping and maintaining tools and equipment provided. • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot. • Installing, repairing, and replacing sprinklers and sprinklers pipes as required. • Performs and troubleshoots maintenance to sprinkler and valves system. • Performs other duties, as necessary.
