Maintenance Supervisor needed for 3 beautiful properties in the city of Victorville. Must be experienced and HANDS ON! Must know how to coordinate maintenance and manage a team of maintenance workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various vacant units and projects. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Must know Painting, drywall, texture, flooring, tile, laminate, plumbing, electrical, wood work, stucco, some carpentry, landscaping.
