Volunteers needed for book project

I am currently writing a book that explores the life experiences of children who witnessed the death of their mother by a spouse, boyfriend or partner. I am particularly interested in interviewing adult men and women who were between the ages of 1 and 18 at the time of the incident. My goal is to share the experiences and/or challenges faced following the event and throughout life. Often children of the deceased are forgotten. I would like you to have the opportunity to have you and your loved one be more than a statistic – more than another child who experienced loss due to their mother or father being killed by a spouse or partner. I would like to tell your story…in your words and in a confidential manner. Your story could help others going through a similar situation and facing challenging times over the course of their life. Interviews will last approximately 1-2 hours and take place over the phone or video, whichever you prefer.
