need a very dependable maintenance person for a busy carwash located in York, SC. 1.5-2 hours everyday but can be done at anytime (early morning, mid afternoon, late evening--doesn't matter). Duties include clean up, trash removal, blowing the lot, possible mowing, and very, very, very little carwash repair (replacing soap containers, identifying problems, etc.) Ideal candidate would be an elderly retired guy who wishes to stay active, make some extra money, and takes pride in his work. The candidate MUST live in the very general area as it would not make sense to make a long drive for 2 hours of work. Dependability, honesty, and integrity are paramount.
