Hi..I am in need of a Painter to paint a basement in an old house with some new walls. I need a Laborer to help me get a home ready for sale in South Brunswick. I am a Realtor, home rehabber and landlord and am looking for someone with their own transportation and tools. The home will need to be gone over to make sure it is tip top shape for sale. Should also have some minor plumbing/electrical work knowledge. You must have a lot of general home repair experience and be meticulous in your work. I am not looking for fast, just right. I am constantly having other work so this will require the ability to work sporadically after this job is done. If you have other skills that is a plus. All work will be by the hour. If you must get paid by the job, this is not for you. I need a fully knowledgeable painter. I am critical and don't take shortcuts. I need to work by the hour, so I am comfortable to add more work and change the scope of work at different times. Must be able to follow directions and give input. No alcohol or drugs. This work will go on until the job is finished and then may become sporadic work in my other properties 1. Please reply with an answer to the following questions.
