I'm from California and I've been in Edmond since March 10th. I drove here and made it just in time to say good bye to my mother who lost her courageous battle with brain cancer. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother that live in Edmond and I've decided to make Oklahoma my home. I am actively seeking employment as a construction superintendent or project manager. I have a teenage daughter that will be moving out here with me. Until I land a "real job" i need to start earning money to make this happen. I have been in the construction industry my whole life and am skilled in almost all trades. Right now I'll take any job I can get, small or large. Any job that I agree to do involves work that I have done before and know that I will provide a quality service and complete on schedule. I do: Yard Clean up,I still see lots of tree damage from ice storm Fence/deck repairs Dry rot repairs Dry wall install/repairs Bathroom remodels Flooring-Tile, hardwood, laminate plank, sheet vinyl Carpentry-finish and rough frame. Cabinet repairs Electrical-remove old/install new fixtures/fans ect Pluming-kitchen/bath leaks, toilet issues, water heater installation Painting and re caulking Handy man type work There is more. this is a short list. I can provide a quote or I can do your project by the hour. Either way, the total amount paid at the end of the job is usually very close to the same. I have a resume and references available upon request. I am dependable, honest and a very hard working and smart worker who does the work of two men. As of today, 4/1/21, my schedule is wide open and I would really like to get started on something tomorrow and fill my schedule for at least 1 week ahead.
