We are searching for an (Independent Contractor) Specializing in HVAC to service our personal home in the Summerville, South Carolina area. The chosen contractor must see the project from start to finish. This will require repair if needed, provide HVAC unit recommendations, and installation. Project Summary: The HVAC specialist will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly working. Also provide the homeowner with professional solutions for either fixing the current unit or finding a refurbished or brand-new HVAC unit for the home. Contractor must be able to discard the old HVAC unit if need be. Contractor Responsible: Must properly perform casual labor, have their own tools, lift and move heavy items. Also following appropriate safety procedures. Pay: $1,000 for project completion Experience: HVAC knowledge and installation experience (a must) Job Type: Independent Schedule: Flexible (until the HVAC unit project is complete)
