Looking for someone to paint an empty rental property. All walls the same color and paint is supplied (tools are not). Total square footage is 1324 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room. Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen have vaulted ceilings. Walls would be cleaned and patched prior to paint. We would also like someone to paint all interior doors - 8 room doors and 8 bifold closet doors. Must be available on Wednesday or Thursday (April 7 or 8) to complete the job as we have flooring being installed on Friday. Please respond to this ad with availability, experience and PRICE.
