Do you warehouse experience and outstanding people skills? This position is the best of both worlds! You will assist customers of a local distribution company with everything from providing pricing to scheduling deliveries, and also perform supervised warehouse duties such as receiving and storing stock. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm Location Wailuku, Maui Pay $15 an hour Responsibilities Assist customers with product pricing, scheduling deliveries, and/or will call requirements both in person and over the phone. Provide customers with up-to-date information on products and changes as well as all technical and safety information. Call customers to collect outstanding payments as needed. Handle weekly inventory counts. Handle receiving, storing, shipping, and recording of chemicals, hazardous materials, fertilizers, and miscellaneous products. Assists outside sales representatives as needed. Adhere to all safety practices and procedures while performing tasks in all work areas. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1-year experience in customer service and warehousing with the ability to obtain a forklift certification within 2 weeks of hire. Strong computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication. Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. Basic math skills. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
