Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning is a fast growing locally owned and operated cleaning business who services Vacation and Residential Properties in the Greater Jacksonville and Bordering St Johns County Area. We are currently seeking experienced, mature, and responsible candidates who have previous experience in the residential, hospital, or housekeeping cleaning industry. Salary 12.50 per hour (raise after 30 days) Responsibilities and Duties Daily tasks include driving from appointment to appointment in your personal vehicle to complete cleaning assignments at our customer homes. Tasks include but are not limited to working in teams of two or more to thoroughly clean bathrooms, baseboards, windows, kitchens, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and make beds. A checklist of what is required is provided. Areas we service include Jacksonville (entire city) St Johns County - County rd 210 only The Beaches Orange Park Requirements Personal Dependable Vehicle (No drop offs allowed) 1 year or more of proven professional cleaning experience Valid Driver's License & insurance Smart phone with a data plan Pass a full criminal background check Lift up to 60 pounds and tolerate medium activity for 8 hours straight Travel every time you work.
