Our company uses lawn maintenance subs to service apartment complexes in San Antonio. It's a 50-50 split after 10% expenses. We pay 400-600 per day for you and your helper/helpers to service two communities. THIS IS YEAR ROUND. Most guys who have their own truck/equipment and do lawns/landscaping go hungry during the winter. Having a few communities like this will help during your winter months.
