Help unseize two bike seat posts / need tools and muscle!

Hello, I have two bikes with stuck seat posts. I've tried PB Blaster, tried pulling and twisting them, WD-40, they won't budge. Online videos show hacksaws, slide hammers and other methods working. I don't have the tools or know-how. Is anyone here confident they or their garage/tools can rip these things out? I'm ok if they seat posts get destroyed. Can pay $15 per seat post to un-freeze.
