We are currently hiring for the following positions: Cleaning Technician (NY & NJ)-Duties include: residential and commercial cleaning, ability to use industrial equipment (i.e. buffers, vacuum cleaners, etc.), ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to move or lift furniture for detailed cleaning, ability to climb ladders safely and securely. (Pay rate is $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience) Driver/Mover (NY & NJ)-Duties include: Loading/unloading various items into a truck to transport from one location to another, able top lift items weighing 50 lbs or more with proper equipment, able to stand for long periods of time, comfortable working with a team. Must have a valid Driver's license with no points. (Pay rate is $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience) FPA (Field Promotions Agent/ NY & NJ)-Duties include:, traveling to various locations via walking to distribute pamphlets and/or business cards to storage units or realtors, standing at designated locations to distribute pamphlets and/or business cards to civilians. (Pay rate is $15 per hour) All positions require a VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED STATE ID, masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and any other PPE in accordance with the CDC rules and guidelines. These positions are for independent contractors only. They are part-time and on an as needed basis. You must not have any medical conditions that restrict you from carrying out any of your duties.
