- 2-4 years experience in lawn care practices
- Experience with commercial mowers and equipment required
- Ability to manage and assign duties to crew members
- Knowledge of lawn care management practices
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with mowing, trimming, clean ups and mulching
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record required
