We have multiple openings for general laborers who enjoy working in an outside greenhouse agricultural setting. Job duties will include various areas but is not limited to, production, loading, shipping and general greenhouse work. This role is in a fast-paced manufacturing-like environment. While the work is physical, our team environment encourages getting to know each other as we work together to get the job done. We also provide clean and well-maintained indoor facilities for our team during breaks and lunches. Responsibilities: -Potting plants on an assembly line -Apply labels to pots -Moving plants from one location to another -Loading and unloading plants on carts for shipping -Unload shipping containers (confined space) -Spacing plants on the ground -Various duties required in a farm/greenhouse setting SHIFTS- Some weekends and OT may be required -1st Shift: M-F 6:55am-4:00pm PAY and BENEFITS -Pay rates start at $13.00/hour with great benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, bonuses, training, advancement opportunities and much more!
