Our client is an 18-story high-rise condominium located in Cherry Hill. They are currently looking for a Full-Time Janitorial Maintenance Assistant.  The candidate must have a general knowledge of plumbing.  In addition, we are looking for a candidate who is able to troubleshoot electrical issues.  Carpentry knowledge is a plus. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Some of the daily duties consist of the following: Clean and buff floors Vacuum carpets and wipe down all furniture Wipe down and sanitize elevators Clean mirrors Wash windows and doors Check dumpster and recycling Pool maintenance during pool season Assist with snow removal, salting, and cleaning during the winter season Back up/assist maintenance - as needed Integrity Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer Link to apply www.integrityapplication.com Call- 856-467-6520
