JOB DESCRIPTION: We are a water damage and mold remediation company. Experience in remediation is not necessary because we can teach and get your certified. However, basic knowledge of home/building systems such as electric, plumbing & drywall is necessary. This Remediation job will mostly consist of: - Loading/unloading & setting up equipment - Building containment zone(s) - Removal of damaged building materials - Property fogging - VERY DETAILED CLEANINGS Must be presentable with a good attitude and people skills. The position requires someone who can preform a quality job while respecting client’s property. This means taking proper preparations throughout the project, such as to cover, protect & clean work and passage areas along with communicating to the homeowner. Bi-Lingual is a plus (English/Spanish) Must Have: Presentable appearance Positive attitude Good communication skills Heath/Fit for the job Knowledge of building systems Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Bi-Lingual is a plus (English/Spanish) Position will start as part-time and move into full-time.
