A local real estate firm looking for a person M/F to assist in different maintenance projects consisting of yard work, miscellaneous chores, painting, and other odd jobs that need to be done. A clean driving record along with a valid driving license is a must. You don't need your vehicle for jobs and we provide necessary equipment such as mowers, leaf blowers, rakes, etc. This position will start as part time. Hourly rate.
