Join Skål Beer Hall for a six course beer pairing dinner as part of our Valhalla Dinner Series! Sound the horns... the Valhalla Dinner Series is back! For this dinner, we welcome our friends from Métier Brewing in Woodinville. They join us on Sunday 4/11 for a six course dinner and beer pairing worthy of the gods! We'll be featuring a wide range of beer styles from Métier. Five courses will include a 5-8oz beer pour. The menu for the evening includes: Warm Up: Gougères with Apple Dijon Jam paired with Scotch AleFrom the Garden: Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with Lemon Anchovy dressing paired with Belgian WitFrom the Sea: Halibut Provencal paired with Rye IPAIntermezzo: Trailblazer and Tangerine GranitaFrom the Woods: Duck Confit with fingerling potatoes paired with Oatmeal StoutFrom the Baker: Créme Brûlée paired with Belgian GoldenYou'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the Métier team as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting. The majority of our tables will be inside the warmth of the beer hall near the roaring fire! We'll also have four tables outside under our heated pergola on Ballard Ave. You will be at a table with only your party. Masks will be required unless sitting at a table eating/drinking. Party size limited to 8 people.  If you are purchasing a single ticket and are part of a larger group, please let us know so we can pair you with them. Our ticket availability is based on tables available, so this really helps us out. Ticket includes all beer, food, and WA state sales tax. Gratuity not included.
