Sound Bath is a Deeply Immersive full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful energetic shifts This is a one hour calming meditative event where particiants will be laying down while Crystal Singing Bowls are played. At the conclusions you will be served a gourmet calming tea blend. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to get comfortable settled. You will be lying on the floor, at *minimum* you will need a blanket and yoga mat. ***MORE IS BETTER*** Consider wearing layers you can always remove some if warm :) You will be laying still on the floor for an hour, comfortable clothes and being warm is key. Phones on silent and vibrate function off, free eye coverings will be offered as well as warm stones. (For an added fee I will provide: thick yoga mat, sheepskin throw and blanket)There will be a contactless temperature scanner and hand sanitizer on entry. Please wear your mask, particpants will be spaced. This event is one hour. We will conclude with a few minutes of rest in silence and return to clarity.
