FRMA/Siewert Equipment, a division of Cummins-Wagner, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate at our Rockland, MA location. Cummins-Wagner Company, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned company and leader in the distribution of industrial and mechanical equipment. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE: The Inventory/Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the inventory and shipping and receiving at an office that supports the sales and service of E-One grinder pumps. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receive and inspect incoming material • Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment • Receive, unpack, and store inventory, materials, and supplies • Label, stage and organize material • Load and unload trucks with pallet jack and fork truck • Do stock checks and interface with business system • Report and record damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record keeping purposes • Crate and stretch wrap finished pump sets • Keep inventory and warehouse clean and organized • May be required to deliver/pick-up materials at our branch office or customer • Interface with business systems to enter and maintain inventory. • Perform all other duties as assigned SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS: • Great oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required • High school diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years’ experience. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted • Attention to detail and organization required • Good computer and internet skills • Basic carpentry skills including power tools is a plus • Ability to work overtime as needed • Must be able to pass background and reference checks; as well as drug test • Must maintain active driver’s license with clean driving record CUMMINS-WAGNER Competitive benefits package: • Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement savings plan with a match • Company paid term life, long and short-term disability • Paid time off and holidays • Generous tuition reimbursement program Apply today and learn about your successful future as a team member of Cummins –Wagner Company, Inc.
