Young, with full bars on his head. Pinkish/Purple cere. His plumage color is unimportant. He needs to be fully weaned. I live in Spencer, if you have one for adoption and are willing to bring him to me, I'll pay $40 cash to adopt. I have the cage, toys, food and millet. I have a physically impairment that keeps me from driving and due to the virus, I am not comfortable taking public trans. If you have a little guy for me, please let me know, with pictures. Thank you
