Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as a Lawn Care Technician. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally-sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, and offer appropriate services to customers and prospects while in the field. If you enjoy working outdoors; being independent and managing your own workload; and would like a chance to change the world one lawn at a time, we’d love to talk with you. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, and has a good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. Lawn Care Technician Responsibilities Apply fertilizer and regulated pest control products to lawns Aerate and seed customer lawns Follow company servicing procedures and training at all times Read and follow assigned route as scheduled Load and unload service vehicles at the beginning and end of day, respectively Maintain the appearance of service vehicles and company equipment Interact respectfully and positively with customers and other Lawn Doctor employees and managers as required during the course of the day and delivery of lawn care services Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office during the day Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times Lawn Care Technician Work Experience and Necessary Skills and Abilities Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must have reliable personal transportation Training is provided Monday through Friday and some Saturdays schedule, normal hours 7:30am to 4:30pm Warehouse location: Bel Air, MD Job Type: Full-time
