I am a general contractor looking to add contractors and subs in the Omaha/Lincoln area for the following: Remodels Repairs Moving Cleaning Mobile Auto Repair Painting Junk/Debris Removal Roofing Siding Electrical Plumbing Tile Flooring (Carpet, Laminate, Vinyl, Wood, etc) Concrete Hardscapes/Landscaping HVAC I receive numerous estimate requests daily and would like to establish a business relationship with area contractors and subs that are available to take on additional work. There is also an opportunity for hourly work, if interested. Must be comfortable working in occupied properties. More opportunity if you can service both Omaha and Lincoln. DL, appropriate transportation, tools, and General Liability insurance is required and will be verified. Contractor License is a plus. Net 7 pay schedule. Lastly, this is a fast paced service opportunity so please be reliable, honest and dependable. I am as transparent as anyone in the business, and I take care of my subs and contractors. I've seen and heard of almost everything you can think of so let's not waste each other's valuable time. ALL I ask is that you are punctual, do what you say you can do (at an acceptable industry standard), treat the clients with respect and KEEP YOUR WORD. My office will handle all customer communications (other than appointment confirmations), schedule coordination, estimates, invoicing and materials. Show up, complete the project, and get paid.
