Local Ventura County Photo Booth Rental Company now hiring for part-time! Position- “Photo Booth Attendant” General Requirements: •Must have an eye for detail. Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, trustworthy, and hardworking. Need to possess customer service skills. All of these are an absolute must. •Must be reliable and punctual. Applicants need to be perfect in this area. Being late for equipment load-in or late to an actual event for the contracted arrival time are not an option. (We will always provide plenty of allotted travel time) •Must be good with people. Someone who will shine working with the public. Need to have a great attitude. We have stellar reviews on Yelp & other platforms, and it is imperative that we keep it that way! •Must be a problem solver. Needs to be able to keep cool under pressure as technical issues can possibly arise from time to time. •Must be available/willing to work nights and weekends. Please only apply if you are fully available Friday evenings and Saturday’s anytime (as this is when almost all events will be). As well as certain holidays such as Halloween, NYE, and other holidays on which people host parties. •Must be somewhat tech savvy w/computer skills of moderate or above. •Must be able to lift equipment which can be up to 50 pounds. •Must have or have access to a reliable vehicle (truck, SUV, or van only), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a good driving record. •Experience in photography or the Events Industry are a major plus! •Must be at least 18 years old. Job Duties: •Pick up equipment from office, travel to event, set up equipment, work as an attendant for the entirety of the event, break-down equipment, return equipment to office. •Will provide a fun and orderly experience to the guests. •Will provide guests with needed direction and answer any questions they may have. •Will change paper & ink as needed. •Will continually clean/sanitize props. •Will clean photo booth, organize props, etc. during downtime. Notes about the job: •We will provide full training upon hiring and we have tech support always available for complicated issues. •As with most jobs in the event industry, this is “as needed work.” But of course we’ll try to get you as many events booked as possible. Ballpark average would be about 4 events per month (more during our busier months). •Shifts range from 4-8 hours total including all travel, setup, service, and breakdown. All depends on location and package booked by client. •Training pay will be $13 per hour. Once you are able to do events on your own, full pay will be $22 per hour plus tips. •We will provide travel pay to compensate for gas/mileage on any events outside of Ventura County. •PPE (masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, etc.) will be provided to our employees as we take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. •We service LA, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties but most of our events are in Ventura County or Santa Barbara.
