Description

Basic Training for Parts Professionals working with Elgin, Vactor and TRUVAC products. This 3-day course is designed to provide dealer parts professionals with basic knowledge of the various products FS Depot supports, why our products are important, and training on the tools needed daily to become a parts pro. Through classroom instruction and hands-on demonstrations, dealer employees will learn all aspects of the FS Depot Portal, Parts Identification, and the various other FSESG resources that will allow them to excel as a representative of your dealership and the Elgin/Vactor brands. It is required that all attendees bring a laptop computer with the FS Depot Portal, Documoto Electronic Parts Catalog, Microsoft Excel and the Service Cloud installed and accessible to participate in hands-on learning.
