Kellington Construction is looking for a motivated, energetic, self-starter shop assistant to join our team. We are a dynamic growing construction company that offers the ability to use your experience on multiple types of projects. Qualifications: o Must be able to learn to drive a skid-steer and forklift for loading and unloading o Must be able to load and tie down a trailer with various equipment o Must be able to read a map and follow verbal directions o Individual should generally know the highways in the Twin City area o Individual will inventory tools for construction jobs and check if tool works properly o Individual should have basic computer skills and attention to details o Ability to independently move, lift, push, pull or carry heavy equipment up to 80 lbs. o Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record o Individual should have the ability to stand for long periods of time o Duties vary day to day Hours: Day shift, 40 + hours per week Benefits Available Including, but not limited to: personalized training (paid), paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, HSA, disability insurance and 401K.
