Description
The following partial duty requirements are required for the Client Services Associate:
A love of dogs and a desire to support the animal welfare community
Experience preferred in a front office reception setting and high computer competency a necessity
Comfortable using a multi-line phone systems and a variety of common software systems
Professional and courteous interaction with customers in person, on the phone, and through email
Provide excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer needs
Process new clients, appointments and reservations, create invoices and process credit card transactions
Confidently interface with big and small dog breeds
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Demonstrate good work ethics and enthusiasm for learning
