Hello! I am in the process of starting some minor remodeling on a residential unit. We will be doing texture, masking/paint, installing baseboards, cabinets, and outdoor gardening. I have experience in all of the above and am looking to bring in some extra hands to help. You will be working directly with me unless you are a rock star in at a certain job. You do not need tools, but should have some experience doing this type of work. The house is located in Watsonville. Please let me know what type of work you would like to do and what your rate is. I have had success in bringing in people from Craigslist however please understand that I will probably get 100 emails from people wanting the work. If you would like to be seriously considered for the job(s) then please tell us about your experience and your rate. We typically pay from $15 to $35 per hour depending on skill/experience. You need to provide your own transportation to the job site. We typically listen to good music and use the meat smoker on the job.
