I need an actuator replaced

Seeking someone that is able to replace an actuator on a 2005 Saturn Ion. I have a knocking sound where the glove department is. It use to knock only sometimes now it knocks all the time. Looking for someone that can come to me early evening because I work like after 6pm if possible you can fix it in my apartment garage or I can pull the car out in this driveway right by my apartment garage. I can also possibly travel to you but prefer someone not too far from Hayward if I travel. Thank you so much I hope I can find someone to help.
