We have a small store swapping out LED lights for the Flourescent lights. Take down the old lights, put up the new ones and wire them in. No conduit needed. We have the ladders. Pays $45 an hour or $55 after store hours. Many other small electrical jobs if you are up to them. Also need a water line run for a refrigerator if you do basic plumbing too. The store could use a handyman a day or two a months with general fixes and upgrades.
