Position Summary POSITION SUMMARY The Price Simms Dealer Group is seeking people who enjoy customer contact! You will be responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's service goals by contacting existing customers to advise them of their service needs. Our Telemarketers have effective communications skills, have a passion for helping customers, and a willingness to always learn and adapt. We are seeking positive self-starters who are detail-oriented, driven to succeed, and who want to learn and grow in the automotive industry. We are a great group of team players who go the extra mile to help customers and each other.Qualifications High school diploma or the equivalent You have confidence with making outbound calls, taking inbound inquiries and talking with customers You are patient, understanding and pleasant when faced with challenging customers You speak English clearly. Bilingual is a plus, but not required Automotive experience a plus, but not required We are a drug-free workplace You are reliable and your team finds you dependable Must be able to work weekends and holidays Job Description Explain products and services, and answer questions from customers via outbound and incoming calls. Consistently maintain daily, weekly and monthly goals which correspond to your individual performance, as well as objectives set by the service department and dealership. Bonus commensurate with performance. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and vehicle information, and accurately enter into service software applications Answer incoming calls from potential customers who have been solicited through outbound voicemails, emails, social media, paper mailers and coupons Must possess strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to multi-task Maintain a current knowledge of service products and requirements, as well as schedules of service advisors and management Ensure that all calls are answered promptly and professionally Follow scripts and guidelines on all outbound and incoming calls Ability to work well under pressure Develop proficiency with all features of various software (Xtime, CDK, Google Drive, Dealer Daily, Smart VMA, Excel/Google spreadsheets) Follow up with clients who are overdue for service Respond to customers’ emails and chats Effectively interact with dealer personnel at all levels Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times Telemarketer Skills: Must love customer contact and the feeling that comes from helping others Must be punctual, reliable and manage time effectively Must work 1 weekend day of your choice Typing speed of 40 WPM, using all ten fingers Good working knowledge of PC’s and software Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively with a flexible and adaptable personality who learns quickly Personal characteristics should include: high integrity, innovative thinker, team player, dependable, and enthusiastically positive and flexible Prior automotive experience preferred, but not required Must be teachable and adaptive Great verbal and written English skills Bi-lingual speaker would be ideal, but will consider all Please apply online with Toyota Sunnyvale at:
